This year's summit was a huge success! We send a special thank you to our sponsors and supporters who made the event possible.
The 6th National 25x'25 Summit drew a diverse collection of key national policy makers; farm, ranch, livestock
and forestry leaders; state alliance leaders; congressional staff and
federal agency representatives to hear some of the nation's foremost experts address the role renewable energy development is playing in our transition to a clean energy future. Together the participants examined the
contributions that America's farms, ranches and forestlands are making,
and will continue to make, to build and sustain the momentum needed to
reach a new, secure energy future, one which will help diminish the threat to national security, bolster
our international leverage, strengthen our foreign policy objectives,
and disentangle America's relationships with unstable or hostile
regimes.
An Evening Under the Stars at the U.S. National Arboretum
Summit Reception at National Arboretum Shined Spotlight on Bioenergy Photo Gallery
Bioenergy took a starring role at a special evening reception on June 30 on the grounds of the U.S. National Arboretum, shining a light on how America’s farms, forests and ranches can offer solutions from the land through the sustainable production of biofuels and biopower, and meet our nation’s growing food, feed, fiber and energy needs. Participants toured the National Arboretum’s “Power Plants” garden, saw exhibits that tell the story of bioenergy production, and mixed and mingled in the gardens while enjoying the “food and fuel” on hand.
The stars aligned for a great national summit program!
